About
Arranging a date should be as easy as booking a table
Why we built it
Meeting someone new usually collapses under logistics. Weeks of messaging, a vague plan, a venue nobody chose, and an evening that never quite happens. TableForTwo removes the logistics entirely: you choose a person, a time and a restaurant, and we arrange everything behind it.
We started in Windhoek because it is home, and because the city has more good rooms and good cooking than it gets credit for.
What we are, precisely
TableForTwo sells curated dining experiences. A customer pays for a table, a menu, and the work of arranging both. Members volunteer their time and are compensated for the dates they choose to accept.
Nothing on this platform buys access to a person. Members set their own availability, decline whatever they like, and may end any date at any point without explanation. Every booking is at a public partner restaurant. We do not arrange private venues, and we will not.
How we make money
One service fee per booking, shown separately from the restaurant’s portion at checkout. No subscriptions, no credits, no paying to message someone, and no promoted profiles. If a date does not happen, the fee is refunded along with it.
